From one conversation to a personal thank-you

Every step stays with a person. Examples below use sample data.

Step 1

Capture or import

A voice note after coffee, a typed summary, or an uploaded recording or transcript.

Step 2

Match & confirm the contact

We suggest who it was with. You confirm before anything is linked.

Step 3

Write & choose the card

A draft in your voice, tied to what was said. Pick a real card and handwriting style.

Step 4

Review & approve

Check the card, address and provider cost, then approve that exact version. Mailing is not yet active.

The story of afterward

Sample conversations and simulated follow-up. No card is mailed or charged in the demo.

Illustration only. Real cards come from Handwrytten's catalog, written in the handwriting style you pick.

A real note, in your words

Start from what was said, revise the message, choose a card and handwriting style, then approve the exact card, address and cost. Mailing through Handwrytten turns on only once it's activated for your account.

Fits the tools you already use

Your CRM stays the source of truth. We're building connectors for Virtuous, Bloomerang and WeGive first, then other major CRMs and giving platforms. Until yours is connected, a practice CRM with sample donors lets your team try the full workflow.

Connectors are in setup and not yet live. Names belong to their owners; no partnership is implied.

Built for trust

  • Each organization's data is kept separate, enforced in the database.
  • Approvals lock to the exact wording, address and cost. Any change needs a new approval.
  • A card is never sent twice, even if a CRM update needs to be retried.
  • Set how long recordings and transcripts are kept.
